In 2022, in accordance with the requirements of the notice of the Ministry of Education and Shanghai on postgraduate re-examination, in order to fully protect the health and safety of teachers and students, our school conducted a remote network re-examination. See the re-examination plan of each enrollment department and the re-examination notice issued by each department of our school for details of the specific time schedule. Please be prepared for the candidates who take the second interview.

Equipment and environmental requirements for participating in network remote re-inspection

Candidates are requested to prepare the hardware equipment needed for the remote re-examination in advance, and test it according to the notification requirements of the admissions department before the re-examination to ensure the normal re-examination.

1. Host location of interview equipment: 1 laptop or desktop (with camera and microphone function);

2. Auxiliary equipment for monitoring the interview environment: 1 mobile phone or notebook computer or tablet device such as desktop or pad (with camera function);

3. The network is good and meets the re-examination requirements. It is necessary to ensure at least two network conditions such as wired broadband network, WIFI and 4G/5G network;

4, independent, undisturbed second interview room, the light is appropriate, quiet, not backlit. Re-examination related materials cannot appear in the visual range, and no other people can be present; No one else is allowed to take the exam, and no other person or institution is allowed to take the exam in any way. Do not use a virtual background, and do not change the video background. Generally, do not switch computer pages during the second interview (the conference room page of the network remote second interview platform should always be displayed). In case of special circumstances, the provisions of the department shall prevail.

5. The network remote re-examination platform is aimed at the middle, and candidates should install it in advance and operate skillfully. Please read the installation and operation manual of the postgraduate re-examination platform (examinee version) of East China Normal University carefully.
