Yonsei University, located in Seoul, South Korea, is a research-oriented comprehensive university founded in the spirit of Christianity. Together with Seoul National University and Korea University, it is called S.K.Y of Korea University. It is recognized as one of the three famous universities in Korea, and is also a member of the Pacific Rim University Alliance and the East Asian Research University Association.

Yan Xi University is one of the earliest modern universities in Korean history. 1957 Two universities were formally merged into Yonsei University today. Yonsei University is the first school in Korea to exchange international students. Up to now, it has signed international student exchange agreements with more than 400 universities around the world, such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, the University of Hong Kong and the University of California, Berkeley. Yonsei University has three campuses, namely Xincun Campus (Seoul), Yuanzhou Campus in South gangwon and Songdo International Campus in Incheon.
