According to the goal of "double first-class" construction in Shaanxi Province, the school's "double first-class" construction has a high degree of conformity, the goal is achieved well, and the third-party evaluation continues to improve. The discipline of water conservancy engineering has made breakthrough progress in the cultivation of high-level talents and landmark scientific research achievements, and successfully completed the construction goal during the construction period. The expert group unanimously agreed that Xi University of Technology passed the "double first-class" construction cycle summary review.

Vice President Li Zhanbin expressed heartfelt thanks to the expert group for their affirmation and suggestions on the construction of "double first-class" schools.
