(two) after receiving the application materials, the District Poverty Alleviation Bureau should check the files of registered poor households in the effective connection of the "two systems". Then the District Poverty Alleviation Bureau and the Finance Bureau jointly reported to the Municipal Poverty Alleviation Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau for approval.
