Three realms of teachers' growth

In Shi Shuo Xin Yu, Wang Guowei expounded from the logical relationship of "standing", "keeping" and "getting" that a person needs three stages or three realms to become a great cause and a university inquirer, which is the "avenue". The road is always open, which is suitable for everyone and all fields. For new teachers, without the ideal of "climbing high and looking far" before the college entrance examination, it is difficult to have the study of "suffering their minds, straining their bones and muscles, starving their bodies and confusing their actions" Of course, there can be no "twilight" of "something for nothing". Do you have any new ideals after you go to work? Will you still keep your old "clothes are getting wider and wider without regret"? Is it possible to enter the realm of life of "looking at the world generously and living calmly"?

In my opinion, it takes three stages or three realms for a new teacher to grow into an expert teacher.

First, it looks like a mountain peak on one side of the ridge, with different distances.

Before a person enters the job, no matter what major he studies, he usually focuses on theoretical study, and his understanding of life, life and career comes more from books.

One of the most common problems for young people is to firmly believe in the authority, correctness and absoluteness of the theory and look at the world and everything with the theory they have learned.

But there will always be differences between theory and practice. It is almost impossible and unrealistic to find a universally applicable theory.

Young people often worry that they can't apply the theory they have learned, even doubt the usefulness of what they have learned, and sometimes they feel disgusted with what they can't do but are definitely right.

In fact, it doesn't mean that the theory is wrong if it can't be done or temporarily can't be done. For example, the importance of core literacy to people is self-evident. Parents or society pay too much attention to their children's academic achievements and ignore their spiritual growth. There must be something wrong.

Therefore, if you learn to look at the problem from different angles, learn to use what you have learned flexibly, don't get into trouble, and avoid bipolar thinking, you can achieve "looking across the mountain, the distance is different."

The second is to ask whether the canal is so clear that there is running water at the source.

It is never too old to learn. Sounds good, but it's hard to do. Learning is never easy, because it requires great physical and mental efforts; Learning is not always pleasant, unless you have reached the state of "forgetting me".

With the rapid development of modern science and technology, it seems unrealistic for young people to immerse themselves in the study and read classics, and then think and digest them repeatedly. Fragmentation, short and fast, knowing why, not knowing why, often becomes the norm.

Therefore, new teachers will find their own shortcomings when they encounter difficulties, and will realize that "books are only used when they are used."

Therefore, we should review this passage: "If there is no accumulation, it will take a thousand miles;" If you don't accumulate small streams, you won't be a river. Leap, not ten steps; This is a great contribution to the success of Ma Xu. Perseverance, rotten wood can't be carved; Perseverance, the stone can be carved. Earthworms do not have the advantages of minions, and their bones and muscles are strong. They eat the earth and drink the yellow land, and they are also diligent. "

Only by asking clear questions can new teachers have the awakening of "flowing water from the source", can they constantly update and develop their own knowledge, learn from classics, colleagues and experts, and be good at exploring and applying new knowledge to form new wisdom, and can they always have the vitality of "making further progress".

Third, one day, I will ride the long wind, break through the huge waves, raise my muddy sails and cross the deep sea.

There is no hard work that does not exist, but the difficulty is different; There is no life without pressure, but the pressure is different. It is not terrible to have difficulties. The terrible thing is to lose confidence and courage to overcome difficulties and hope for the future.

After studying a large number of successful and unsuccessful people, scholars of positive psychology have come to the conclusion that the positive psychological qualities of human beings include wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance and transcendence.

In fact, successful people are not without difficulties or pressures, and unsuccessful people are not because of too many difficulties and pressures, but because of their mentality and handling ability.

Positive response refers to finding the answer to the problem in a responsible manner, meeting the problem in a confident and controlled manner, evaluating the situation, seeking advice and support from others, and practicing the most favorable solution to the problem. In addition, take the challenge of life as an opportunity for personal growth and try to face it with hope, patience and humor.
