How do universities apply for poverty subsidies?
Students themselves submit a written application, issue a questionnaire on the family economic situation of poor students stamped by towns and streets, and fill in the questionnaire on the consumption of poor students.

Submit it to the class teacher for preliminary examination (whether the contents of the investigation form of the class establishment assessment team are true and fill in the investigation results, and the opinions don't need to be fed back to me) → College audit → publicity of the list of poor students → filing of poor students → reporting to the Student Affairs Office for summary. (individual special circumstances may not be publicized).

Students with difficulties:

Students with financial difficulties in their families refer to students who can't pay the basic study and living expenses during their studies at school with the funds raised by themselves and their families. Students need to declare their family financial difficulties to the school, which is determined by the school through democratic appraisal in accordance with the standards and procedures stipulated by the relevant departments.

When students apply for the identification of family financial difficulties, they must submit the "Questionnaire on Students and Families in Colleges and Universities" stamped with the official seal of the township (town) or street civil affairs department where the family is located, so as to prove the family economic situation.

Scope of implementation:

Full-time undergraduates in public universities, higher vocational schools and junior colleges (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees) who meet the requirements stipulated by the state enjoy the state funding policy.

Full-time undergraduates (including higher vocational colleges and second bachelor's degrees) enrolled by private colleges (including independent colleges) running schools in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state can fully withdraw 4-6% of their business income for subsidizing students from poor families. Those who meet the conditions stipulated by the state can also enjoy the state funding policy. The specific measures shall be formulated by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
