Zhang, male, was born on June 1954. 1978 graduated from the physical education department of Henan Normal University. In the same year, he was assigned to teach at Luoyang Institute of Technology (the predecessor of Henan University of Science and Technology). He served as the head of the Department of Physical Education from 65438 to 0994, and in June 2008, he served as the dean of the Institute of Physical Education.
