Wang Shi graduated from Lanzhou Jiaotong University (formerly Lanzhou Railway Institute) majoring in water supply and drainage. He is the founder of Vanke Co., Ltd. and the former chairman of the board of directors of the Group. He used to be the executive director of China Real Estate Association, the vice chairman of Urban Housing Development Committee of China Real Estate Association, the vice chairman of Shenzhen Real Estate Association and the rotating chairman of Yabuli China Entrepreneur Forum.
He is currently honorary chairman of the board of directors of Vanke Group, chairman and director of Vanke Public Welfare Foundation, Shenzhen International Exchange and Cooperation Foundation, Shenzhen Mammoth Public Welfare Foundation, Shenzhen One Foundation Public Welfare Foundation, Shenzhen One Earth Nature Foundation and Xi 'an Rural Development Charity Foundation.
Wang Shi's Early Experience
/kloc-after graduating from junior high school at the age of 0/7, Wang Shi did not jump the queue in the countryside, but joined the army according to his parents' wishes. Joined the army in Xuzhou for half a year, and joined the army in Turpan Basin of Xinjiang for five years, transporting soldiers.
After five years as an automobile soldier in Xinjiang, he was demobilized to work in the boiler maintenance workshop of the hydropower section of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau.
