Article 12 When enrolling students for ordinary undergraduate majors and preparatory classes, candidates' scores (including decimal places) shall be used to enroll and determine majors:
1. Candidates who enter Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall be admitted according to the rules of "Professional Volunteer Queue Admission within the scope of the Enrollment Plan 1: 1".
2. Candidates from other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are selected on the basis of their scores (including decimal places) according to the principle of "scores first", that is, under the premise of ideological and political moral assessment and physical examination, professional volunteers with high scores are given priority, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. 3.
