Change the bank card number information through the "Comprehensive Information Portal of Planning and Finance Department" of Chengdu University of Technology for binding, and the steps are as follows:

1, directly search for "Planning and Finance Department of Chengdu University of Technology" official website, and then click Enter.

2. After entering the website, you can see two options: "User Login" and "User Activation" on the right side of the official website page of the Department of Planning and Finance of Chengdu University of Technology. If the smart card has not been activated, click User Activation.

3. After entering, fill in the student number, name, ID number, login alias and password in the column of "Fill in the exam information".

4. After successful activation, return to the home page and select "User Login" to display the following page. Enter your student number, password and verification code to log in.

5. After logging in, click "Click to enter the financial information portal" on the right.

6. Then click "New Financial Inquiry" on the left.

7. After entering "New Financial Query", click "Financial Information Maintenance" under "My Financial Information" in the list on the left.

8. After entering, "I am a student ID number modification" appears. Enter the card number of CCB, and click "Confirm Modification" to bind the card number successfully.
