1. Freshmen (including in-school classes and off-campus teaching points) must pay tuition fees on the unified payment platform of South China Normal University campus from June 4, 2022 to February 28, 2022. Note: freshmen who fail to pay their tuition fees according to the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification automatically, and their admission qualification shall be cancelled.

2. After students pay tuition fees, South China Normal University will issue a bill for higher education (electronic version). Financial electronic bills are uniformly supervised by the financial department and have the same legal effect as paper bills. The bill of higher education fees is an effective voucher to pay the fees. If students need to refund their fees, they must handle them with bills, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Freshmen shall go through the registration formalities at the time and place notified by the college (or off-campus teaching point), and fill in the student registration form with the Notice of Admission for Freshmen in Adult Colleges, the original and photocopy of ID card, and the original and photocopy of graduation certificate. Two recent bareheaded one-inch color photos must be submitted when registering, of which 1 photo is used to paste on the student registration form.
