At present, the library adopts the advanced integrated management system of Huiwen Library and the RFID intelligent library system of Yuanwanggu, realizing the modern management and operation mode of integrated lending, self-help lending and returning, and unified access control.

The library has seven functional departments: office, comprehensive business department, editorial department, lending department, periodical department, ancient books department and consulting technology department. At present, there are 85 staff members and 8 graduate management positions/kloc-0.

At the new historical starting point of knowledge and informatization, the library will always take readers first, serve and educate people as the purpose, constantly strengthen the construction of literature resource system, innovate the concept and mechanism of reader service and management operation, and make unremitting efforts to build the library into a research-oriented, digital and open first-class university library in the west.
