Is it true that you can't eat radish or carrot after eating American ginseng?
There has always been a saying that "ginseng hates radish" and "ginseng does not use radish together". However, Chen Shiduo in Qing Dynasty and Zhang Xichun in modern times both denied this statement, thinking that ginseng can replenish qi and radish can break qi, and the two can complement each other. Because radish seeds and radishes can help digestion, eat more and be self-sufficient.

The existing animal experiments show that the mice that eat radish are better than those that eat ginseng alone in hypoxia tolerance, endurance and cold tolerance.

People who participate in the use of radish or radish can also avoid symptoms such as chest tightness, abdominal distension and loss of appetite caused by long-term use of ginseng.
