Ludong university is the former Yantai Teachers College, both of which are normal colleges. Their major direction should be the same, normal education, but that is really hard to compare.

Yunnan Normal University is of course famous, but it is far away, so it may cost more time and money on the way. If the family economic situation is ok and the children are strong, I think it is better to choose Yunnan Normal University.
