1, Party Secretary

The secretary of the provincial party committee is the title of No.1 in the provincial administrative committee of China * * * Production Party, and the first leader of the provincial administrative region. This title has been used since the 12th National Congress of China (1982).

Since the reform and opening-up, Party secretaries of six provincial administrative regions, namely, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangdong and Xinjiang, are generally held concurrently by the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, who is a deputy national level, while Party secretaries of other provincial administrative regions are all provincial and ministerial level.

2. Fleet Commander

General is the rank of senior general in many countries. The earliest rank of Russian general was established by Peter I. According to 17 16 army regulations, Russian general is the general commander, holds the rank of marshal and has the right to lead the general's "military meeting".
