Liaodong College is located in Dandong City, Liaoning Province. It has nine disciplines, such as economics, teaching, literature, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, management and art. It is a comprehensive teaching-oriented provincial public ordinary university with undergraduate education as the mainstay. April 2003 16 was approved by the Ministry of Education, and was upgraded from Liaoning University of Finance and Dandong Vocational and Technical College to the first one in Liaodong.

2. Liaoning Vocational College of Geological Engineering

Liaoning Vocational College of Geological Engineering is a full-time ordinary college with resources as its major, which is approved by the Liaoning Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Being affiliated to Liaoning Nonferrous Geology Bureau, it is the only geological vocational college in China. The predecessor of the school is the national key technical secondary school Northeast Industrial School.

Liaoning Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology is located in the border city of Dandong. The college was formerly a national key technical secondary school-Liaoning Instrumentation Industry School, which was founded in 1965. In 2002, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college with the approval of the provincial government. It is a national key vocational teacher training base, a national numerical control technology shortage talent training base, a national mechanical industry backbone vocational college and the first batch of demonstration vocational colleges in Liaoning Province.
