The following conditions shall be met:

First, I graduated from a full-time college before joining the army. Among them, undergraduate graduates should be graduates who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, been admitted by provincial entrance examination institutions and obtained full-time undergraduate degrees and bachelor's degrees; Postgraduates should take the national unified postgraduate entrance examination and get full-time postgraduate education;

Two, the undergraduate graduation age is not more than 26 years old, and the graduate graduation age is not more than 29 years old. Among them, the age of ethnic minority soldiers serving in troops stationed in Tibet and ethnic minority areas in more than three kinds of hard and remote areas can be relaxed 1 year (as of June of that year 1 year);

Three, the length of service is 1 year, not more than 3 years (as of June 30th of that year);

Four, the annual assessment results over the years are competent or above, and the personal annual military training results over the years are good or above;
