The funds for the fall semester of the 20021-2022 academic year should be distributed before the end of 2002112 (among them, the state grants for colleges and universities should be distributed before the end of 20021215), and the funds for the spring semester should be distributed before 2022.

Schools around the country should strictly follow the time, standards and methods stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Student Financial Assistance Funds, and timely and fully distribute national scholarships and other financial assistance funds to eligible students.
