The first session of the affiliated middle school enrolled 38 students, and 64 students came when the school officially started. Many students transferred back from 1 13 middle school and 47 middle school. At that time, there were 8 faculty members, including 3 administrators and 5 teachers. The first headmaster was Lee Hye-ri. After the second relocation, the school expanded to eight classes in three grades. 1998 founded a high school and became a complete middle school.
At the beginning of the school, the conditions were relatively simple. Many houses are separated by wooden boards, and the students' activity space is relatively small. Practice between classes must be arranged every other day. Lee Hye-ri, the first principal, taught in Hainan for 22 years. According to his memory, although the conditions for running a school are simple and the teaching pressure is great, the teachers are still conscientious and have no regrets. The hard work of teachers has also yielded fruitful results: every year, more than 20 people are admitted to South China Normal University and key schools in other provinces.
With the attention and support of school leaders, the attached middle school has achieved leap-forward development in the past 20 years, and the school conditions and teaching facilities have been greatly improved: the attached middle school now has a fully functional campus network, and every classroom in junior and senior high schools is equipped with advanced multimedia audio-visual equipment such as LCD projectors, physical exhibition tables and HP desktop computers, which provides modern technical conditions for improving the quality of education and teaching.
