The new campus of Normal University is located in Guodu Town, Chang 'an District, Xi City. The College of Political Science and Law, the College of Posts and Telecommunications and the Normal University are on the same avenue, not far apart, and can communicate with each other.

Opposite the school is "Maopo Village", where there are general guest houses, shopping malls and other businesses.
