At the same time, it is also a graduate school for foreigners who have acquired profound knowledge of law, politics and science in Japan. The college * * * includes courses in three fields: (1) Statutory Law, (2) Relative Law, theoretical research on legal history, and (3) Political Science, which is open to all master's and doctoral students.

The purpose of offering professional degree courses in law schools is to train lawyers who are skilled, principled, morally responsible, contribute to society and the country and are active in the international field. Law school includes three kinds of project courses, specifically for students who have no previous legal education or experience. In addition, there are two-year courses for students with legal education or similar experience.

Law schools have no specific admission system for international students. The courses of Law School and Master of Political Science set the conditions for the special admission of foreign students. You can choose any one of the following three courses to take the exam: the course of statute law, the course of theoretical research on relative legal history and the course of political science. In addition, foreign students who want to study special affairs in the graduate school of law and politics can be accepted by the academic system of studying foreign studies. The foreign study accepted by this system is registered for one year at first, and then there is an opportunity to extend it to three years. Even after completing this stage of work, no degree or qualification certificate can be awarded, but the research system can also be used as a preparation for taking the entrance examination for the Master of Law and Political Studies.
