I was born in an ordinary peasant family in XX, XX. Since primary school, I have gradually become sensible. Under the teacher's training and education, I learned the beautiful melody of "The East is Red, the Sun Rises", and gradually understood the well-known saying that "without the * * * production party, there would be no new China". By reading articles describing the childhood life of the older generation of revolutionaries such as Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai, we can cultivate our interest in learning and progress. Gradually, in my young mind, I have sprouted simple and passionate feelings of great love for the party, the motherland and the people, and I have begun to have the dedication to make my own contribution to the motherland when I grow up. It is under this good training and education that I joined the Chinese Young Pioneers with honor. A few years later, I sent away my youth and ushered in it.

Now, I graduated from primary school and was admitted to XX Middle School. Three years later, I was admitted to XX No.1 Middle School. With the growth of age and the accumulation of knowledge, I gradually understand that if young people want to grow and progress, they must consciously approach the league organization and take the initiative to accept the education and training of the organization. With the help of the organization and my own efforts, I joined the China Youth League in * * *. In the past six years, due to ideological progress, excellent study and excellent work, I have been awarded the titles of "three good students", "three good students in XX city" and "excellent league cadres" in our school for many times.

In XXX, I graduated from high school and was admitted to the Department of Political Science and Law of XXX University with excellent results. During my college study, through the systematic study of Marxist theory courses and the education and training of teachers, my feelings for the party, the motherland and the people have been greatly improved and sublimated. I am more eager to join the party organization in order to better accept the education and training of the party. So, with great excitement, I solemnly submitted the first application for joining the Party to the party organization, showing my ideals and ambitions to the party, and voluntarily joining the China Producers' Party, willing to fight for the cause of * * * for life. Since then, I have been more strict with myself in thought, study, work and life. After studying and working, I actively talked with party member and reported my thoughts to the organization. A year later, I was recognized as an activist by the party organization. This kind of political progress and pursuit has become a powerful spiritual motivation for me to study hard, which has enabled me to think more rationally about the value and significance of life, to understand and grasp China's reform, opening up and socialist modernization with a positive attitude towards life, to grasp the pulse of the times, and to make my due contribution to society. After four years of college life, I gradually matured politically, and finally firmly established my faith in Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, and cultivated the necessary quality and ability to serve the people wholeheartedly. Finally, I graduated with excellent academic performance. In the same year, he was hired by the Party School of XX Municipal Committee.

When I came to the Party School of XX Municipal Committee and entered the colorful stage of society, I always reminded myself that if I want to keep my own path, I must follow the party. So at the beginning of my work, I wrote an application form to the party organization in time, and combined with my work experience at that time, I expressed my desire to join the party organization and consciously accept organizational education and training. Since then, I have more consciously combined my work practice and ideological reality, and started the process of serious and hard business study and ideological transformation.

Through organizational training and personal continuous efforts, I am more mature in thought, more determined in politics and more rigorous in style. Last year, he participated in the open selection of deputy county-level reserve leading cadres in the city, won the first place in the written test and won the excellent teaching award of the unit. The special courses he attended were widely praised by students, leaders and comrades. This year, the party organization also sent me to study in the Party School of the Working Committee of the Municipal Organs, and later, it was listed as the key development object of the year.

Looking back on the progress in the past ten years, I deeply feel that without the education and training of the party, there would be no success for me today and no career for me today.
