Vienna University of Economics and Management (Wu for short) is a comprehensive university with a long history of more than 65,438+000 years. It enjoys a high international reputation in the fields of economy and business administration. Wu's predecessor was 1898 Royal Austrian Chamber of Commerce, whose main task was to spread foreign trade knowledge to the world. Therefore, the Chamber of Commerce only set up four disciplines: foreign languages, economics, geography and product management. With the country's emphasis on economic education after World War I, the Chamber of Commerce officially transformed into a university, namely "World Trade University". Since then, it has been expanding and developing at an alarming rate. 1975, the school was officially renamed "Vienna University of Economics and Management".

Wu has four colleges: Business School, Economics College, Law School, Social Science College and Humanities and Form College. And a number of interdisciplinary research institutes, providing more than 70 majors. Its economics and business administration courses are well-known in Europe and the world for their scientific, practical and forward-looking contents.
