Governor's driving school is very good. It's near Zhonghua Primary School. You can't go wrong on Zhonghua Road. Just take a ring at HKUST. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Huifang Garden, and 15 minutes to get there, half an hour. Don't know the details, then ask for directions! Anshan people are very enthusiastic ~, hehe! hope this helps
