At the same time, they have paid social insurance premiums in the established business organizations for a total of six months.

The entrepreneurial organizations founded by the above-mentioned entrepreneurs shall operate normally and pay taxes according to law for more than 1 year from the date of registration, among which the entrepreneurial organizations founded by entrepreneurs in rural areas need to recruit 3 local registered workers and pay social insurance premiums for them for a total of 6 months.

Entrepreneurs and their start-up organizations shall not be included in the "blacklist" of Beijing public credit information service platform.
