Rui Guoqiang, male, born in Gaochun, Jiangsu, 1970, 10, Ph.D. in political science, professor of administrative management at Suzhou University, and tutor of master students. He used to be the deputy director of the Party Committee Office (Planning and Policy Research Office) of Suzhou University, the propaganda minister of the Party Committee of Suzhou University, the secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Politics and Public Administration of Suzhou University, and the deputy governor of the People's Government of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province. He is currently the Dean of Phoenix Media College of Soochow University.
