Brief introduction of Rui Guoqiang
Rui Guoqiang, male, born in Gaochun, Jiangsu, 1970, 10, Ph.D. in political science, professor of administrative management at Suzhou University, and tutor of master students. He used to be the deputy director of the Party Committee Office (Planning and Policy Research Office) of Suzhou University, the propaganda minister of the Party Committee of Suzhou University, the secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Politics and Public Administration of Suzhou University, and the deputy governor of the People's Government of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province. He is currently the Dean of Phoenix Media College of Soochow University. He is proposed to be the vice president of Changzhou University (one year's probation) and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. 1 He is also a researcher in the academic department of China Administration College, director of the Institute of Social Civilization of Suzhou University, vice president of the Institute of Social Development of Suzhou University, researcher of the Institute of Grassroots Party Building in Suzhou, and researcher of the Institute of Clean Government Construction and Administrative Efficiency in Suzhou. Mainly engaged in the research of administrative management theory and method and government theory.
