The first level is the form of law. Fingering, also known as the official and nationality of convention, is a formal and officially determined code of conduct formulated or recognized by the state and guaranteed by the state's coercive force.
Level two. The class nature of the law
The class nature of law means that the national will embodied by law is the will of the ruling class in a class-antagonistic society.
Level three. Substantive constraints of law.
Law is determined by the social and material living conditions of the ruling class. Lawmakers only express the rules determined by the material living conditions of a society. It is in this sense that Marxist jurisprudence holds that "legislators do not create laws, but express them." Although the law is determined by material living conditions, it does not mean that the law is completely subordinate. On the contrary, the law has a certain reaction to the economic foundation and politics, and it is relatively independent.
