2. Management of STITP: The school has set up a leading group of STITP, which is responsible for the leadership of the whole school. Its members are composed of the Ministry of Education and Industry, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Youth League Committee, the Academic Affairs Office and other functional departments. The leading group has a secretariat, which is subordinate to the experimental practice department of the Academic Affairs Office and is responsible for the specific work.

Each hospital (department) set up a hospital (department)-level STITP leading group, which is responsible for the publicity, project establishment and mid-term inspection of STITP in this hospital (department); The Ministry of Education, the Communist Youth League Committee and the Academic Affairs Office cooperate with other departments to promote STITP; The project sponsor is responsible for organizing the whole process of implementing STITP; The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for summarizing and compiling the research results of STITP project.

4.STITP project review requirements:

Review: STITP project is subject to expert review system, and the project should be scientific, innovative and practical.

Objective: STITP program can effectively cultivate and improve undergraduate students' scientific research ability, innovation ability and practical ability.

Requirements: The application project has clear ideas and standardized forms, especially the content and text of the project are clear, concise and fully demonstrated.

Difficulty: STITP project is difficult to adapt to the actual level of undergraduate knowledge and ability.

Time: the completion time of STITP project is divided into one year and half a year.

Personnel: Students applying for STITP are sophomores, and the number of participants in each project is no more than 3. Each student is allowed to participate in only one project.

Results: Can provide substantial research results (papers, software and hardware products, patents, etc. ).

5, the school to carry out STITP policy.

The school sets up special funds for STITP every year to support STITP projects. Financial support (according to the size and difficulty of the project) for engineering hardware (including soft and hard combination) 1000 yuan (one year) and 500 yuan (half a year), software 800 yuan (one year) and 400 yuan (half a year); Science and humanities and social sciences are 500 yuan (one year) and 250 yuan (half a year) respectively.

Students who participate in the whole process of STITP project and pass the final acceptance can get corresponding credits and issue certificates. Students who have suspended the STITP project are not allowed to apply for the Imagination Cup competition of the same project. Instructors who have achieved excellent results in STITP projects can recommend to apply for the evaluation of school and provincial teaching achievement awards. Those who pass the examination can be used as an important basis for selection, promotion and scholarship.
