Tianjin Media College is a second university. Tianjin Media College was established in 2004. It is an ordinary undergraduate college with the main orientation of cultivating media art professionals. Formerly known as the School of Sports Culture and Art of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education. In February, 20021year, with the approval of Tianjin Municipal People's Government and Ministry of Education, it was transformed into Tianjin Media College.
