It is the first time for junior middle school physical education and healthy long-distance running training in our province. This study revolves around ten themes, from the development concept of new curriculum, to teaching practice, to the professional growth of teachers, including the research of video resources and text resources; There are not only teaching cases close to teaching practice, but also theoretical lectures in simple terms; There is not only the interaction between students and the team of course experts, but also the dialogue between students; There are sparks of online discussion and collision of ideas, as well as wonderful comments from provincial expert teams. Every wonderful moment in the training was recorded by the briefing. Long-distance running training has really become a booster for the development of sports health education in our province, and has written a strong stroke in the development of school sports in Shandong.
First, the burden of training experts is heavy.
What the provincial expert group should do every day: according to the principle of rotation between cities, everyone should watch the homework of class 16, write comments, make suggestions and extract the high-quality materials of the briefing; In addition, every day, one person is responsible for editing the briefing, one person is responsible for writing "interpretation" of the course standard, one person is responsible for writing "expert opinions", one person is responsible for writing "introduction", one person is responsible for responding to "contending opinions", one person is responsible for handling the contents of the public mailbox and one person is responsible for writing the preface. These jobs will be at 65438+ in the evening. Therefore, this long-distance training, the writing volume of the provincial expert group is particularly large, and the pressure is particularly great. At 8 o'clock in the morning, I arrived at the studio and started a day's work at the simple request of the team leader. According to the plan, everyone will watch the video first. Although they have seen it when they checked in, they have to do it every morning in order to better grasp and understand the theme and spirit of video resources. After watching the video, if it is an expert lecture, then each team member will do his own work according to the division of labor; If it is a class resource, each team member should write down the main points of the class and then discuss and summarize them. Discussion and summary is the most lively thing, often because a point of view does not agree, everyone will argue, and sometimes the argument is red-faced Fortunately, the last point of view can be agreed. Finally, one person raises a pen and writes it as a briefing material to guide the teacher to evaluate the class correctly.
At 2 pm in the studio, the first task is for the team members to start watching their homework. Each team member is responsible for class 16 and writes comments on the assignments recommended by the class teacher. When the amount of homework recommended by the class teacher is insufficient, the members of the provincial expert group sometimes go directly to the class to comment, recommend articles and extract good homework materials. The second task is to watch the class briefing, check the quantity and quality of the instructor's homework, recommend the briefing star and guidance star of the day, and submit the extracted high-quality resources before 6 pm. Generally speaking, team members can overfulfil their tasks.
At 7 o'clock in the evening in the studio, the teacher in charge of briefing screens the resources submitted by team members, compiles the briefing after summarizing them, and has a special person to proofread the expert opinions put forward in the briefing to ensure the correct quality and direction of the opinions; Team members submit their own articles before 9 pm; After 9 o'clock, the work of the team members is still to look at the homework, review the articles handed in by the teachers, and reply to the letters sent by the students to the mailbox. Due to the small number of team members, in order to give students as many comments and replies as possible, team members often work late into the night. On the premise of ensuring the quality of the briefing, upload the briefing to the training network before 12 in the afternoon.

3. Improve teachers' ability to integrate theory with practice.
Teaching reform is nothing new, and the concept of teaching reform has been deeply rooted in people's hearts. However, whether theory can guide practice and whether practice can feed back theory is difficult to do in teaching reform. At the beginning of the reform, many teachers had misunderstandings because the theory could not guide the teaching practice well. As a result, some physical education class's guiding ideology is deviated and the evaluation scheme is inaccurate. This paper summarizes the general situation of long-distance sports training. This training is not only a theoretical shock, but also a case study of the actual class video. Teachers found the combination of theory and practice under the guidance of expert team by observing and evaluating classes. Through the teacher's homework, we are glad to see this.
Curriculum reform has been going on for ten years, and many issues have been debated for ten years, such as skill teaching, health and physical education class's evaluation. Through this training, the teachers reviewed the theory, and some viewpoints were revised, which really made it clear that physical education should attach importance to skill teaching and pay attention to students' health (three-dimensional health view). These are also reflected in the homework.
4. Training makes sports straighten out several relationships.
The relationship between teaching and training, the relationship between teaching and senior high school entrance examination, the relationship between principals and school physical education. These are the relationships that should be dealt with in school physical education. These relations directly affect the implementation of the national curriculum plan and the school physical education teaching plan. Although some relationships are beyond our control, at least through learning, we realize the importance, broaden our horizons and enhance our confidence and courage in solving problems. Let our teachers know what teachers should and should not do under the current situation. With the support of these resources, I believe it is a matter of time before these relationships are properly handled.

One of the outstanding contents of this training is the tenth lecture "Analysis of the Growth and Hotspots of PE Teachers under the New Curriculum Standards". Once the old teachers are rated as high school teachers, their work enthusiasm, work enthusiasm and pursuit energy are obviously reduced, and they always want to seek a more relaxed job. Physical education class's "herding sheep" led to a lack of spiritual pursuit. It is not uncommon for people to muddle along. Through investigation and training, this paper has dealt a heavy blow to the ideological trend of teachers' job burnout, pointing out that professional growth is helpful for "old" teachers to eliminate job burnout and provides direction guidance for these teachers.
7. Interpret the revised curriculum standards.
The revised draft of curriculum standards has been completed, but it has not been issued yet. In order to cherish this opportunity of collective training and implement the spirit of curriculum standard revision in time, combined with the article "Ten Years' Changes" by Professor Liu Ji of East China Normal University, we made a targeted interpretation of the revised part of curriculum standard (interpretation by experts in the province). Although the interpretation content was written by an expert in the province, the main points of interpretation were decided through discussion. Therefore, it has a certain guiding role in guiding physical education teachers in our province to understand the changes of curriculum standards. In this regard, the provincial expert group made the first person who dared to eat crabs.
8. Training briefings have become high-quality training resources.
Course briefing is the essence and wisdom of daily training, and it is also an important platform for students to learn. In the briefing, there are columns such as interpretation of curriculum standards, expert guidance, expert opinions, workshops on occupational tinea, review of lessons, appreciation of American literature, and stars of today. In these columns, excellent assignments, articles, hot topics every day, experts' understanding of the same problem, and records of online seminars are displayed. Although there are many briefing columns and heavy workload, we still require the expert team to record the symposium when submitting the briefing resources, sort out and summarize it according to the viewpoints, and discuss and analyze the hot issues from three aspects: positive viewpoint, negative viewpoint and expert perspective; The curriculum group must comment on the recommended excellent homework, and the content of the comment should focus on the concept and teaching practice of the new physical education curriculum to ensure that teachers can harvest the content that represents the direction of the new curriculum; Comments on lessons can only be written after discussion. The expert team of this course is not only composed of sports researchers from introspection, districts and counties, but also experienced sports teachers from the front line. Through distance training, this team will be built into a team of course experts with good ideological quality, high professional level, reasonable structure, vitality and relative stability. In the training process, this team "comes at the call, can fight when it comes, and win the battle", showing its super working ability and solid and serious working attitude. Through training, we have captured and integrated the wisdom of experts and students, and will surely become a leader in leading the development of school physical education in Shandong.

In the process of training, a large number of thoughtful, enthusiastic and capable teachers have emerged, some of whom have sharp writing and sharp thinking; Some teachers teach well and have original opinions; Some teachers are broad-minded and ambitious; Some teachers have strong hands-on ability and rich teaching experience. In a word, they stand out from more than 0/0500 junior middle school PE teachers in our province and become the mainstay of our PE teaching.
Third, reflection on training.
1. During the training, it was found that many teachers were not skilled in using computers, which affected the training effect. In today's information age, PE teachers should keep up with the pace of information age. The emergence of this problem is no longer a school problem, and teachers can only find the reasons themselves. If you don't open your mind, or stand still, you will be left further and further by educational informationization.
2. In the process of training, individual teachers' training attitude is not correct. Overflow of comments, homework downloading, plagiarism, finding someone else to write, and some even giving up training have had a very bad impact on their professional growth, causing great waste, wasting a lot of resources and precious time of tutors and expert teams. For informed criticism, whose circumstances are serious.
3. When training, individual instructors are not serious, and the recommended homework is mixed with personal feelings. No matter whether the homework is good or bad, it is recommended by friends, and it is recommended when greeting, which has aroused the indignation of the class. Some teachers don't check strictly and recommend a lot of plagiarized and downloaded homework; Individual tutors pour water in the evaluation, and an evaluation content can be pasted 20 times in a row; In order to increase the number of comments, individual tutors do not hesitate to find someone to comment on their behalf. The appearance of these phenomena reflects a problem. There is no strict check on the selection and appointment of instructors, no unified training, no unified requirements, and the urban training management department has weak supervision over the work of instructors.
4. The quality deviation of class resources, the whole study presents 6 video demonstration classes, 1 basketball class, 1 track and field class, 1 aerobics class and 3 supporting jumping classes. Looking at these six lessons, we can say that these six lessons basically do not reflect the spirit of curriculum reform. Many students said, "If these classes are good, we won't go to physical education class again", which brought confusion to the teachers' audition. In order to solve these problems, the provincial expert group wrote a comment on the course in each briefing, guiding teachers to correctly evaluate video resources and cherish the achievements of our curriculum reform in Shandong.
On the day of 10, some people say that distance learning is like a "sunny meal", while others say that distance learning is like a "sunny journey". I said, "Distance learning is like a melting pot of ideas". Here, we share wisdom, thoughts, gains and feelings, as well as confusion and distress through the Internet. Today's teacher's learning state is the living environment of tomorrow's students. As physical education teachers, we have the responsibility and obligation to be strong defenders of students' health.
This long-distance training for all junior high school PE teachers is the first time in Shandong Province. This is the first step in a slow journey, and it is also the first step towards our success. I believe that after the baptism of this training, the junior high school sports work in our province will surely turn a new page, and the junior high school sports work in our province will continue to be at the forefront of the country.
