(two) the evaluation index of non-academic factors in this school year is not unqualified, and there are more than three "excellent" or "yes" (except individual scholarships);

(three) this school year to reach the "students' physical health standards" and above (except for students who are exempt from examination);

(four) no compulsory courses (including module compulsory courses) failed this school year;

(five) this school year to abide by the rules and regulations, no violations.

Members of the review committee shall follow the following principles when performing their review duties:

(a) the principle of equality, that is, in the evaluation process, actively listen to the opinions of other members and put forward evaluation opinions in an atmosphere of equal consultation;

(two) the principle of withdrawal, that is, when there are relatives, direct economic interests or other circumstances that may affect the fairness and impartiality of the evaluation work, you should take the initiative to apply to the evaluation Committee for withdrawal;

(three) the principle of justice, that is, not to take advantage of the special status and influence of the members of the evaluation Committee, alone or in partnership with relevant personnel to provide award-winning convenience for the evaluation object;

(four) the principle of confidentiality, that is, the results of the review and the opinions of other review members and other relevant confidential information shall not be disclosed without authorization.
