The expansion project of Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Campus is planned to be built in Xili Shenzhen University Town, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The west side of the base is the current campus of Shenzhen Graduate School of Harbin Institute of Technology, the north side faces Tsinghua and Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School across the river, the east side is the current mountain, and the south side is the 140m super high-rise residential community, with a total land area of 15.9 1 hectare and a total construction area of 253,500 square meters. The planned architectural functions mainly include fully digesting the needs of the owners, utilizing the base conditions, guiding the architectural functions and activating the architectural image. The planning and design scheme of Harbin Institute of Technology has creatively achieved many sublimation, such as "filling and upgrading the pattern of the university town, inheriting the spirit of innovation, summarizing and combing the irregular boundaries, infiltrating the green lungs of the two wings and releasing the north side of the concession house", and the landmark scheme results have won unanimous praise from the owners and experts.
