Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to further standardize enrollment, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and effectively implement sunshine enrollment, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, combined with the reality of Shaanxi University of Technology.

Article 2 School name: Shaanxi University of Technology; The English school is called "Shaanxi University of Technology" or SNUT for short. The national standard code of the school is 10720.

Article 3 Type of running a school: provincial public full-time ordinary colleges and universities.

Article 5 The school enrollment work follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, open procedures, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission" and adheres to the "Sunshine Project".

Article 6 The school enrollment work shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department throughout the whole process, and communication with the news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society shall be maintained.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 7 A school shall set up an enrollment committee, with the principal as the director and the secretary of the school discipline inspection commission and the vice-president in charge of enrollment as the deputy directors. The Admissions Committee is fully responsible for implementing the policies of the Ministry of Education and the provincial education authorities on enrollment, studying and formulating the principles and procedures for school enrollment, coordinating and handling major issues in enrollment, and ensuring the smooth progress of enrollment.

Article 8 The Admissions Office is a permanent institution responsible for the general enrollment of schools. Its main responsibilities are to implement the enrollment policies and regulations formulated by the national and provincial education enrollment departments and schools, organize the investigation and study of enrollment work, draw up enrollment regulations, do professional tests, and report enrollment plans; According to the development scale of the school, formulate enrollment source plans by province and specialty; Organize enrollment propaganda work, specifically implement the enrollment and audit of freshmen, and coordinate and handle various matters in the enrollment process.

Article 9 The Admissions Office shall, according to the needs, set up enrollment publicity working groups in cities and relevant provinces in the province to be responsible for enrollment publicity and consulting services in relevant areas. The group leader is the main person in charge of each college.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 10 Schools are open to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang. The enrollment plans and enrollment batches of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be subject to the announcement of the Admissions Office of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

Article 11 Reservation plan: not more than 1% of the total undergraduate enrollment plan of our university, which is mainly used for quality control of students and enrollment of candidates with the same score. The quantity, purpose, principles and methods of the reserved plan should strictly implement the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.

Chapter IV Admission Principles and Methods

Article 12 The enrollment work of schools shall implement the enrollment policies and relevant regulations formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, implement the principle of "comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence and physique, comprehensive evaluation, and merit-based admission", and fairly enroll students on the basis of their professional volunteers and scores.

Thirteenth schools according to the proportion determined by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government. In the provinces and batches that volunteer to file in sequence, the proportion of file transfer should be controlled within 120% in principle; According to the provinces and batches that file in parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 105% in principle. According to the batch of volunteers, in the case of insufficient students of the first volunteer candidates, the non-first volunteer candidates will be selected according to the candidates' filing scores from high to low. If the number of qualified non-first volunteer candidates is still insufficient, voluntary recruitment can be carried out. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished plans can be collected voluntarily. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Article 14 The way to determine candidates' major is "score priority", and there is no professional grade difference. Candidates who enter the archives, under the same score, arrange their majors according to the ranking methods announced by provinces and cities. When the candidates' professional volunteers can't be fully satisfied, if they are transferred by major, they will be transferred to other majors that lack files, otherwise, they will be dismissed.

Fifteenth provinces should implement the new college entrance examination reform in strict accordance with the requirements of the selected subjects announced by the school in advance and the plans and related measures announced by the provinces.

Article 16 The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region shall enroll students within the scope of "enrollment plan 1: 1" and in accordance with the principle of "giving priority to professional volunteers".

Article 17 There is no requirement for elective subjects in all enrollment majors in Jiangsu Province, and the requirements for elective subjects in the academic level test of candidates must reach BB (no requirement for art candidates). The school adopts the admission method of "grading first" and "passing the exam professionally", and the candidates who enter the archives are sorted from high to low according to the order of professional volunteers. When the scores are the same, priority will be given to those with higher academic level or to meet their professional aspirations. When the scores and grades are the same, science is admitted according to math scores (including extra points), liberal arts is admitted according to Chinese scores (including extra points), and foreign language majors are admitted according to foreign language scores from high to low.

Article 18 Candidates are not limited to foreign languages. Public foreign language courses and English majors do not meet the requirements of offering non-English languages. Non-English language candidates please fill in carefully. If they are admitted, they can only teach in English.

Article 19 Our school recognizes the relevant regulations of the education administrative departments and enrollment examination departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on adding or dropping points, and enrolls students according to the results after adding points (or dropping points). There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students.

Twentieth physical examination standards shall be implemented by the Ministry of Education, the Health and Wellness Commission and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

Twenty-first art majors require that candidates' cultural scores and special scores must reach the score line stipulated by the province where the students are located. The principle of professional admission for candidates is: ranking from high to low according to their professional achievements, and ranking from high to low according to their cultural achievements when their professional achievements are the same, and selecting the best candidates.

Twenty-second sports, social sports guidance and management majors require candidates to achieve the scores of cultural courses and special achievements in the province where the students are located. Sports training major, on the premise that the registration materials are complete, the qualification examination and physical examination are qualified, on the basis that the cultural examination scores reach the minimum admission control score line, and according to the candidate's voluntary order, the students are selected from high to low according to the comprehensive scores of cultural examination scores (30%) and sports special examination scores (70%). Admission of the first choice, if the enrollment plan is not completed, then admission of the second choice.

Twenty-third new students within three months of admission, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the entrance examination and qualification examination, such as the discovery of candidates who do not meet the admission requirements, will cancel their admission qualifications.

Chapter V Charging Standards and Others

Accommodation fees are divided into 650 yuan/year and 800 yuan/year.

Article 25 In order to ensure that students from poor families can successfully complete their studies, the school has established a diversified funding system, including national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, outstanding student scholarships, various individual scholarships, national student loans, national grants, work-study programs, difficulties subsidies, tuition subsidies, etc. And set up a "green channel" for freshmen with particularly difficult family economy.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 29 These Articles of Association are applicable to full-time undergraduate enrollment of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. The Admissions Office of Shaanxi University of Technology is responsible for the interpretation.

Article 30 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the school's previous documents on enrollment and the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.
