The archives will include the registration forms of academic achievements of various subjects, majors, elective courses and minor courses in each learning stage; Materials such as academic year assessment form, military training assessment form, internship assessment form and personality assessment form in each learning stage.

Upon graduation, the student file shall contain the following materials:

Materials such as the registration form of academic performance of main, elective and minor courses in each learning stage.

Student identity materials:

Change the materials such as graduation, withdrawal, suspension, transfer, retention of admission qualification, and resumption of study at various learning stages.

Evaluation materials:

School year appraisal form, military training appraisal form, moral appraisal and other materials in each learning stage.

Internship materials:

Internship appraisal form, internship report and other materials at each learning stage.

Graduation materials:

College graduates (graduate students) registration form, graduates (graduate students) employment notice and other materials.

Degree materials:
