The school was established in 1990, approved by the former State Education Commission in April 1992, changed to full-time undergraduate colleges and universities with the approval of the Ministry of Education in March 2002, approved as a bachelor's degree awarding unit in May 2006, and passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education in May 2008. Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University is a comprehensive full-time ordinary higher education institution covering economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, medicine, management, art and other disciplines. 5. Guangdong University of Science and Technology (private undergraduate course, address: Cheng Nan)
Guangdong University of Science and Technology, established in 2003, is a private full-time general undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education, focusing on engineering and the coordinated development of management, economy, literature and art. It is located in Dongguan, a famous historical and cultural city, an advanced manufacturing town and an important node city in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Dongguan has two campuses, namely Chengnan and Songshan Lake.
