2. Go to the neighborhood committee or village committee in your street to write the poverty certificate. Generally, as long as you show your household registration book, explain the situation at home, and a questionnaire on family economic situation, the staff will give you this certificate, which will be stamped with the official seal together with the certificate. This step is completed.

3. Go to the civil affairs department of the government at or above the county level to affix the official seal (including the family economic situation questionnaire and poverty certificate), and some schools require the people's government to affix the seal as appropriate.

4. Stamp the official seal of the Civil Affairs Bureau (including the family economic situation questionnaire and poverty certificate). If there is a subsistence allowance or other proof at home, please ask the staff to go to the civil affairs bureau to open it together. Remember that the more materials, the better. Students with low guarantee had better show a copy of low guarantee or a bank passbook transaction record.
