4. Precautions:

(1) Graduation certificates and degree certificates must be collected by the students themselves with their student ID cards or ID cards, and no one can collect them on their behalf!

(2) Students who can't get their diplomas on time will wait for the next graduation certificate issuance notice. The school will arrange a weekend every month to issue graduation certificates after the start of next semester. Students can also collect them from Monday to Friday at 8: 30- 1 1: 00, 13: 30- 16: 00 after the start of the next semester (except winter and summer vacations and holidays), and the telephone number is 021-5885622.

(3) The materials received by each person are as follows, please check them on the spot: the inner core of graduation certificate, the cover of graduation certificate, graduation photo, graduation file bag and personal report card.

(4) The diploma is lost and cannot be reissued. Please take good care of it.

(5) The graduation portfolio shall not be opened without authorization. Please hand over the file materials to my file management department (such as unit, street, talent center) in time. If the archival materials are damaged or lost, they must be reissued in the archives room of Lingang Campus of Shanghai Maritime University at Haigang Avenue 1550. Please be careful.

(6) Students who apply for a degree in July 2022 need to be approved by the relevant meeting of the Academic Degrees Committee before they can apply for a degree certificate. The conference is expected to be held in September, and the time for obtaining the degree certificate will be announced separately.

(7) Students who need to apply for supplementary degrees must apply within one year after graduation (subject to the date indicated in the graduation certificate), and no supplementary degrees can be awarded thereafter. Students who need to apply for a supplementary degree should not be lost in graduation photo, and must be returned to the school when applying for a degree certificate.

(8) Handling of the case that the certificate cannot be obtained this time:

Students who have not taken photos should take photos as soon as possible (see graduation photo solicitation notice for details), and the school will make a certificate after receiving the photos mailed by the photo agency; Students who take photos in the evening have to wait until the school receives the photos mailed by the photo agency to make a certificate.

Students who have not submitted the registration form should fill in the form and submit it as required (see the instructions for completing the form for details). Students with pre-qualification problems should solve the problem that college certificates can be searched online as soon as possible.

Students who fail in identity verification should provide relevant certificates and specific notices as soon as possible after the start of next semester.

Students who fail the course need to retake the course within the effective study period, and only after passing the retake can they obtain the graduation certificate.

Epidemic prevention requirements

First, students who come to school must meet the following conditions:

1. Students do not belong to the population in compulsory isolation period, medical observation period or self-isolation period 14 days required for epidemic prevention and control.

2. The students themselves and their roommates have not been to the epidemic-prone areas within 14 days.

3. The students' body temperature and personal health are normal. During 14 days before coming to school, students and their families did not have any symptoms related to novel coronavirus infection, such as fever, cough and chest tightness.

4. Within 14 days before coming to school, my family members and I had no contact with COVID-19 cases/suspected cases/known asymptomatic infections; Do not contact with patients with fever and/or respiratory symptoms; Not isolated from the detention center for observation or released from medical observation after observation.
