The service period of student village officials is generally 2 years and can be renewed for one year. After the expiration of the service period, the relevant preferential policies have served in the village for more than 2 years. Persons with "Selected Graduates" conditions and qualifications can participate in the unified recruitment in Selected Graduates after being recommended by the organization.
College student village officials refer to the laborers who select graduates with college education or above to serve as the secretary of rural party branches, village directors or other assistants to the "two committees".
The work of college student village officials is a selective project carried out by the state. The post of university student village official is a "special post of village organization", not a civil servant. Its work, living allowance, enjoy security benefits and other related expenses shall be borne by the central and local governments. The employment period of university student village officials is three years. After the expiration of the term, "export" means encouraging the remaining village cadres, selecting grassroots leading cadres and civil servants, supporting self-employment, and guiding others to choose jobs and continue their studies.

Thirteenth civil servants should meet the following conditions:

Article 15 Civil servants shall enjoy the following rights:
