Hello everyone! I am xxx from Class Two, Grade Three, and this time I am the Minister of Life. First of all, I am very grateful to the school leaders for giving me this opportunity to exercise. I am also honored to be a member of the first student union of Shaw Middle School. I will definitely lead the members of the life department to make good contact between students and teachers. Because our life department is the department closest to students' lives, we will listen to your opinions and suggestions more seriously and create a satisfactory learning and living environment for students. Good evening, everyone!
I am very happy to stand here today and give an inaugural speech to the Minister of Organization Department. Allow me to introduce myself first. I come from xx, and I stand here today. First of all, I want to thank my teachers and seniors for their cultivation and trust, and my classmates, especially the members of the organization department present here, for their support and help. I wouldn't be who I am without you.
In the past year and a half, I am most proud to be an officer in the Organization Department of the University Student Union, where I have learned a lot and received selfless guidance from all my seniors and sisters. Every time I do an activity, I can learn something that books can't. I am sophisticated, knowledgeable and skilled. This year is the happiest year of my university, and my sophomore year is the hardest half year. I need to pay more because of the change from an officer to a deputy minister. In the past six months, I have shed tears and resigned. However, I gritted my teeth and persisted, so I am still standing here today. I want to say that all difficulties can be solved. When you look back at this moment, you will find that it is different.
I am honored to stand here today. I think as the head of the organization department, we should first have strong organization and coordination ability, try our best to mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the organization department, so that each member can foster strengths and avoid weaknesses and promote each other. Secondly, we must have a strong ability to respond rationally to emergencies and minimize losses. Third, we should be able to sacrifice our personal interests for the overall interests of the student union. According to my one and a half years working in the Student Union, I think the Organization Department is an important administrative department to assist the Youth League Committee to strengthen the ideological construction, organizational construction and training management of the whole hospital. In order to enrich the campus life of party member, league members and students, we should actively plan the theme of Youth Day; Carry out political and ideological education activities; Hold various speeches and debates to train student cadres, so I made a plan for this semester:
First, sort out and deal with the remaining problems.
At the end of last semester, there were still some problems in the organization department, and the biggest problem left behind was the finishing work of the first student cadre training activity. Therefore, at the beginning of this semester, the first task facing the organization department is to sort out the final data of student cadre training and issue certificates of completion. Sort out and integrate all the assessment items on the training of student cadres, announce the assessment methods and results, and issue certificates according to the results. In addition, we will continue to carry out the training of student cadres as a characteristic activity of the organization department.
Second, external contact.
This semester, the organization department will continue the communication between the student union and the outside world last semester. After the training and arrangement of student cadres, the organization department will focus on collecting and arranging the contact information of the main leaders of student organizations in all departments of the hospital to facilitate the students' external contact. In addition, the organization department will implement some measures to weave the links between the student organizations in the school into a network, so as to increase the links between the student organizations in the whole college and facilitate the communication between students. This is an arduous and long-term task, which requires us to persevere.
Third, hold special events.
In order to enrich the extracurricular cultural life of college students, enliven the campus cultural atmosphere, cultivate the quality of unity, competition and enterprising of contemporary college students, and reflect the spiritual outlook of contemporary college students, the organization department will still hold some patriotic competitions with the themes of "December 29th" and "May 4th", such as speech contests and debate contests. In order to spread the scientific spirit, pay attention to social problems and improve teamwork. Exercise students' thinking and strengthen their expressive ability.
Four, close contact with the general branch departments.
Strengthen the daily contact with the general branch of each department, make timely feedback and communication, and hold exchange meetings with the main leaders of the general branch of each department from time to time to help them solve the problems encountered in their daily work. Fifth, strengthen internal communication.
