Experience sharing of postgraduate entrance examination for biomedical engineering in South China University of Technology

First, the choice of schools and the determination of majors

Determining the target institutions is the first step and a very crucial step for the postgraduate entrance examination. In order to better understand the target institutions, you can search for keywords on major websites, or you can learn about the situation from seniors and seniors who have already obtained graduate students. 2022 postgraduate entrance examination, my goal is 083 100 of biomedical engineering major in South China University of Technology. In determining the target institutions and majors, I can refer to the following points:

First, determine whether to pursue further studies in undergraduate major. If the answer is yes, you can learn about the ranking of colleges and universities in official website and some majors related to this major, which are generally divided into three categories: A, B and C. You can choose the colleges and universities to be admitted according to your own strength and goals, and choose your favorite colleges and universities. After learning about the school, you can inquire about the enrollment situation of the corresponding majors on the graduate enrollment information websites of various schools, such as the specific quota for unified recruitment, enrollment direction, preliminary examination and retest subjects, etc. Then determine the target institution by comparing the information between the favorite institutions horizontally.

Second, in the choice of institutions, the number of places for unified recruitment, the direction of enrollment and the examination subjects are all worth pondering. The number of places in the unified recruitment determines the possibility of taking the exam, the direction of enrollment determines the direction of study and even the field of work in the next three years, and the examination subjects determine the efforts to be made in the process of initial examination and re-examination. If you choose a subject that you have never studied as the first or second exam, then you need to spend more time and effort in the preparation process.

Third, in the process of collecting information, you may know that some colleges and universities will have pressure points. You can't believe all this information, and you can't believe it all. If you have a firm belief, you can succeed easily. Don't be easily defeated by this information. The pressure point is not personal, but for all the people who fight side by side with your major and college.

Finally, I want to share some thoughts in the process of determining the target institutions and majors. My undergraduate major is medical imaging technology, which belongs to the category of biomedical engineering. Through undergraduate study, I have a certain understanding of this major and want to study it further, so I am sure that my graduate students want to study biomedical engineering. South China University of Technology belongs to Class A in the evaluation of biomedical engineering. Based on my undergraduate study and higher pursuit compared with undergraduate colleges, I decided that my target college was South China University of Technology after I learned about the enrollment of biomedical engineering in South China University of Technology a few years ago in official website.

Analysis, from the admission situation in 2022, because the college is under construction, it is possible to continue to expand enrollment. Last year, an outline was published, which was roughly divided into two directions: materials and images. You can choose one of the two directions as a preliminary test subject, but it has been withdrawn for some reasons and may be withdrawn this year. But don't worry too much. The new outline only divides the old outline into two parts, and the content is consistent with the old outline. You only need to master all the knowledge points of the old outline, and don't worry about updating it.

Second, the initial experience.

1, one's deceased father grind mathematics

Mathematics review is mainly divided into three stages. The first stage is to learn the knowledge points according to the knowledge points listed in the syllabus, mainly to review the knowledge learned and deepen the impression. In the process of learning, you can take notes appropriately, especially mark the knowledge points that you can't. The second stage is the intensive stage, aiming at further learning various knowledge points. At this stage, you can choose some online courses to deepen your understanding of knowledge points, and you need to do more exercises than in the first stage to consolidate knowledge points. For the knowledge points that can't be learned in the first stage, you can also record the knowledge points that have not been overcome in this stage.

The second stage is a very important stage in the review of postgraduate entrance examination. At this stage, you can start to brush the real questions. It is recommended to brush the real questions from the beginning of the year. You can brush the questions according to the topic classification of knowledge points or according to the year, and record the wrong questions for the first time in the process of brushing the answers. The third stage is the sprint stage, which mainly summarizes the knowledge points, especially the knowledge points that have not been overcome in the second stage should be reviewed at this stage. In addition, the brush questions at this stage can be aimed at the simulation papers of famous teachers on the market and the wrong questions in the real questions at the second stage. And remember some commonly used formulas and problem-solving methods in knowledge points, so as to try to find out what methods to use when you see problems in your mind.

2. Postgraduate English

English is my strong point (except composition listening). Although I only got 440 points in CET-6, I got full marks in reading. This year's reading was all right, but the objective questions were wrong 6 times, and the subjective deduction was nearly 20 points. I think the main reason is my poor handwriting.

First of all, the most important thing is to recite the outline words. There is no special way to recite words. One of the difficulties in English is that words are rich and meaningful. I recite them in red books. It doesn't really matter which one. I can also recite it with a small program. Anyway, the gap is not big. Of course, we should also pay attention to it: there is no need for some fixed collocation, such as the difference between "to do" and "to do" Generally, this collocation will only test you cloze, and you will only test one question. Postgraduate entrance examination is not the kind of college entrance examination that 1000 students pull with a score of 1. The cloze score of 0.5 is completely insignificant before the rest of the retest. Don't waste time, make a plan for yourself and spend a little time reciting 65 every day.

Then do the real questions. Everyone must pay attention to the real questions: the real questions from 98 to 22 should not be done at once, but should be done in stages. English is a step-by-step process. Only by growing up in this step-by-step process can we find our own feelings. Here, I recommend that even if you have a paper version of the real question, you should get several electronic versions. I did the real question of 1998-2004 from May to July last year. In recent years, the real problem is more difficult. Don't be too discouraged. I was basically completely wrong. In recent years, I just do reading, and the score has no reference significance. 107-June's 04- 14 real question can be divided into two parts, including a new type of cloze translation. For example, it is difficult to read it twice a day and review and summarize it in one day. The real question of 10 is also difficult. The key to not being discouraged is to fully understand it. 10 months later, it can start from 15 to 2 1. The real questions in recent years can't be disassembled, so we must do them all, because the difficulty style of English One has been basically fixed since 16. At this point, your score is of great reference significance. So do it right away. In the last week, it is recommended to do 22 (you can leave 22 in the general department for the last time). The goal is to find the missing and fill in the blank, and find the feeling of reading. In the process of reading, remember that the real questions must be reviewed, and don't stop reading after reading them. I did the real question three times, and the third time there was no mistake at all. You can't just do the real question once, and it will be abolished once. You should do it again and again. Don't think that the questions can be memorized. There is no point in doing it over and over again. The same mistake is easy to make again.

You don't need to buy a mock test paper. The teacher's idea is that these simulation questions can't be imitated, and it's just a waste of time to make them. If there are not enough questions, you may ask what to do. In fact, the number of real questions is enough. These problems have been enough for you for so many years. Remember to do it again and again. Remember that reading is a sub-item, and the focus is on reading. If you don't have enough reading questions, you can do English reading 2. Some reading is quite interesting. Of course, reading alone is enough, and English II has no reference value.

Then in terms of questions, reading is the key first, so we must read intensively and translate manually. There is nothing to say about the Gestalt. Remember, I was wrong, too. I only got 3 points on 6 questions, so more time allowed me to think more in other places. The new question type is also a real question, so it is good to understand logic. Translation should learn the translation of some common sentences, such as how to translate the following so sentences. Finally, composition: there are two composition questions in the English subject of postgraduate entrance examination. Please don't underestimate that their composition has gradually become a big part of the score. Learning through composition template is a very good method. Remember, you are not the ones who want to get 90 points. Instead of scoring 10 in English test, it is better to spend more time in math and professional classes to score 10. Also, please recommend that you spend 1 hour writing your composition first. After all, write it out before you forget the template. Finally, everyone has time to practice writing.

3. Postgraduate Politics

The review of postgraduate politics is mainly divided into two stages. The first stage is the review and preliminary memory of basic knowledge. This stage can be reviewed through the course and the handout prepared by the corresponding teacher. The main task of this stage is to sort out all kinds of knowledge points in each chapter, especially for some difficult knowledge points, to clarify their meanings and not to confuse them. At this stage, you can also consolidate the knowledge points by doing some exercises to deepen your impression.

The second stage is the strengthening stage. This stage is mainly to further strengthen the study of various knowledge points. Some courses can be used to strengthen the interpretation of test questions and the knowledge points corresponding to multiple-choice options. For subjective questions, we can know what kind of problem-solving templates should be used for different questions through repeated practice and answer comparison, and we can also deepen our understanding through some courses. Later review, such as 10, the simulation questions of famous teachers have been listed one after another. If you don't have enough time, you can choose to brush all the objective questions, and the subjective questions are only practiced for the weak parts of knowledge points.

4, one's deceased father grind professional courses

When preparing for the basic course of biomedical engineering, I mainly divided it into three stages. The first stage is to understand the knowledge points in the outline mainly through PPT and reference books. After reading the chapter, list the knowledge point mind map of this chapter for later review. At the same time, some difficult knowledge points are highlighted. The second stage is the recitation stage, which recites every knowledge point of each chapter according to the mind map listed in the first stage, focusing on understanding and reciting the difficult knowledge points marked in the first stage. In the process of reciting, you can recite the knowledge points corresponding to the questions it may get. For example, if you recite for the second time, you can look at the knowledge points and recall the exam questions that it may correspond to in your mind. Recite for the third time, you can recite the knowledge points corresponding to the exam questions and constantly strengthen the memory of each knowledge point. The third stage is mainly to form your own answer ideas, and try to write down the answer ideas of each question with a pen against the examination questions. If you have enough time, you can write out the complete answers, so as to avoid remembering only the knowledge points in the examination room but not knowing what kind of answering ideas to use to answer the questions.

Third, the second interview experience

First of all, the choice of retest subjects. In the second interview, I chose digital image processing as the second interview subject. The bibliography is Digital Image Processing, 3rd Edition, translated by Gang sabas and Ruan, Electronic Industry Press, 20 17. During the second interview, browse the contents of each chapter of the bibliography, extract key knowledge, understand and remember key knowledge. When choosing a retest subject, try to choose the knowledge points involved in the initial test or the courses learned in the undergraduate stage, so that you can understand and remember the knowledge points, not just mechanical memory, and master them flexibly in the retest.

Secondly, the second interview includes Chinese self-introduction, literature translation, professional knowledge question and answer and comprehensive question and answer. About Chinese self-introduction, you can first write a good manuscript according to your undergraduate achievements, scientific research experience and award-winning experience, ask your classmates or teachers to help you correct and revise it, and then recite it according to the final version. You can introduce yourself to the mirror every day, pay attention to the expression and speed of speech, and avoid getting stuck in the examination room to the greatest extent.

Regarding document translation, you can download the documents of interested tutors for reading and translation. In this process, you can record words and phrases related to your major and focus on memorizing them. In the re-examination process, you can read through the selected document translation topics before translating. You can get a general idea of the whole paragraph during reading, and the main purpose of translation is to understand the main structure of the sentence. The professional knowledge question and answer mainly revolves around the selected re-examination subjects. In the process of answering questions, you can now conceive the whole idea in your mind and express it clearly. When you encounter a problem that you can't, you can express your understanding according to the key words in the problem, instead of blurting out sorry, teacher, I can't. With regard to comprehensive questions and answers, teachers will answer questions about scientific research experience and awards in self-introduction, so in the preparation process, we should summarize these contents and strengthen the consolidation of some of them.

Finally, about the mentality in the second interview. Don't be too nervous during the second interview. The second interview examines not only professional knowledge, but also attitude towards problems and ability to withstand pressure. Prepare for the initial test, don't be proud to enter the second test, and keep preparing for the test until the proposed admission list comes out! I wish you all a success in the first battle! Be admitted to an ideal school!
