3. In order to maintain the normal teaching order, in principle, after participating in the selection, the number of transfers in each major shall not exceed 3-5% of the enrollment in that year, and the number of transfers shall not exceed 3-5% of the enrollment in that year.
4. Students apply to their college, fill in the application form for changing majors, and submit it to the Academic Affairs Office after examination and approval by the college.
5. After being examined and approved by the Academic Affairs Office and going through the relevant formalities, the applicant (except those who meet the requirements of 1 2) will take the selection examination of arts and sciences organized by the Academic Affairs Office before the first semester of each academic year.
