Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduate students in our school and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Articles of Association of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, combined with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 The full name of the school is Nanjing University of Science and Technology, which is a national full-time ordinary institution of higher learning and a national key university directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The school was founded in 1953 by China Institute of Military Engineering of China People's Liberation Army (hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Institute of Military Engineering"), and was renamed Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 1993 after experiencing the development stages of Artillery Engineering Institute, East China Institute of Engineering and East China University of Science and Technology. Article 3 Undergraduate students trained by our school who meet the graduation requirements of this major within the prescribed time limit shall be awarded the undergraduate diploma of Nanjing University of Science and Technology; In line with the relevant provisions of the school's degree granting, the bachelor's degree certificate will be awarded to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education.

Article 4 Undergraduate enrollment in our school includes general college entrance examination, students walking, special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams, art classes, high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, national specialties, and second bachelor's degrees.

Article 5 In accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities this year and other relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, our school has fully implemented the "Sunshine Project" for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, and comprehensively evaluated and selected students based on the principles of fairness, justice and openness.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities

Article 6 A school shall set up an undergraduate enrollment committee, which is the leading body of the school's undergraduate enrollment work and plays a full role in formulating enrollment plans, enrollment policies and deciding major enrollment matters. When the Committee is not in session, it is led by the leading group for undergraduate enrollment.

Seventh schools should set up undergraduate enrollment supervision team, responsible for supervising the implementation of various policies and regulations on enrollment.

Article 8 As the permanent working body of the school, the undergraduate enrollment office of the school is responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment. Its main responsibilities are:

(a) to implement the policies of the Ministry of Education on enrollment and the supplementary provisions and implementation rules of the admissions committees of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities);

(two) in accordance with the annual enrollment plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provisions of the preparation of sub regional and sub professional enrollment plans, the development of school enrollment rules and regulations;

(three) to carry out enrollment publicity and consulting services, and introduce our school's situation and enrollment policy to candidates and parents;

(four) to complete the enrollment work objectively and fairly, and to be responsible for coordinating and handling all kinds of problems encountered in the enrollment work;

(five) authorized to organize special types of entrance examinations, according to the "National Education Examination Violation Measures" to identify and deal with illegal candidates, and report the violation facts to the provincial admissions office where the students are located;

(six) to perform the corresponding duties of university enrollment information disclosure;

(seven) to cooperate with the relevant departments of the school to complete the audit of new students;

(eight) to complete other tasks assigned by the education authorities and schools.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 9 In accordance with the relevant work requirements of the Ministry of Education, the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be formulated reasonably, and on the basis of keeping the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) relatively stable, the student source structure shall be optimized to promote regional balance.

Article 10 In order to scientifically select outstanding students who are interested in national defense, some military majors implement the "Special Plan for Military Specialty" in some provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the enrollment batch and code shall be subject to the announcement of provincial enrollment institutions.

Article 11 Our school's annual enrollment plan and provincial and professional enrollment plans shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and provincial enrollment institutions.

Twelfth our school according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) enrollment plan and student situation to determine the adjustment ratio, generally not more than 1 10%. Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 14 When filing, the filing shall be conducted according to the results provided by the provincial recruitment offices (including the national college entrance examination plus points confirmed by the provincial recruitment offices). Article 18 For the batches that volunteer to file in turn, if the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, our school can accept non-first-choice candidates and select the best candidates according to the results of filing. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, unfinished projects will also solicit volunteers. If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

Article 19 Students who walk to school, special programs in colleges and universities, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, art classes, high school classes in Tibet, high school classes in Xinjiang, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, special national programs, and second bachelor's degrees shall be implemented in accordance with the specific enrollment measures formulated by the Ministry of Education, provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and our school. Among them, art enrollment uses the professional results of the unified examination of fine arts in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and is admitted according to the rules of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 20 In addition to the "special plan for military industry", students' walking, art, high-level art troupes, high-level sports teams, Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, and the admission of candidates for the second bachelor's degree in Nanjing Campus, eligible freshmen can apply for major adjustment in Nanjing Campus every spring semester; Eligible freshmen in Jiangyin Campus (excluding Sino-foreign cooperative education) can apply for major adjustment in Jiangyin Campus every spring semester.

Article 21 The physical examination standard shall be formulated by our school as required according to the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, as well as the relevant provisions and supplementary provisions.

Twenty-second freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the review shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of the enrollment work.

Chapter V Others

Article 23 Our school collects tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Price Bureau.

Article 25 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.

Article 26 The Articles of Association shall be announced to the public through our undergraduate enrollment network. If there is any misunderstanding about the contents of the articles of association published by various media, the complete articles of association published by our school shall prevail.

Article 27 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Admissions Office of Nanjing University of Science and Technology.

Article 28 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
