I. Reissued archival materials:

Go to the school employment guidance center to reissue the graduate registration form:

(1) The student himself submits a written application to fill in the graduate student file (signed by the student himself, with the handprint, signed by the former counselor and deputy secretary of the former college in charge, and stamped with the official seal of the college, in duplicate;

(2) The student file should receive the certificate of "not receiving the graduate file" or "missing the graduate file" issued by the unit, and indicate that "due to the employment needs of students, please ask the school to reissue it" and affix the official seal;

(3) After being examined and signed by the Minister of Education and Industry, the graduates' registration form shall be received with the above materials, which shall be truthfully and carefully filled out by the students themselves and examined and sealed by the original college; With the graduation certificate issued by the Academic Affairs Office, go to the school office and affix the official seal.

2. Go to the school archives to copy the personal "Student Registration Card" and "Achievement Card" and affix the official seal of the archives;

3. Go to the Admissions Office to reissue the admission electronic file;

4. Go to the school (or above the county level) for a physical examination and issue a "Physical Examination Form";

1. Students submit the above materials to the original college for review;

4. The Employment Guidance Center of the Ministry of Education and Industry is responsible for forwarding the re-submitted graduate files to the student file receiving unit.
