Reflections on Mo Zhengao's Advanced Deeds (1)
It is certainly the professional responsibility of a famous principal to take care of the school and students, and it is also expected by the whole society. But frankly, I believe that no one wants to pin the fate of a school and their right to study on the charity of a "good principal". Therefore, while paying tribute to this "Priest principal", we must understand that this should never be the full meaning of a rational society mourning a "good principal".
If we turn our eyes back to Mo Zhengao's contribution before his death, it is not difficult to find that the touching story of Priest principal is exactly a depressing reality of grassroots education-
That is, as a student who came to mourn recalled: "A nonstandard cinder track, a bungalow canteen, kerosene lamps in the classroom with power failure, and a dormitory with leaking rain and air ..." Such a worse scene should be a portrayal in many people's memories, even the real learning environment in which some children live.
For another example, in Du 'an Middle School managed by Mo Zhengao, nearly half of the students come from poor mountainous areas. Every year after the college entrance examination, Mo Zhengao will run around to raise tuition fees for poor students admitted to universities. If these poor students can get institutional support, can "Priest principal" be less difficult?
It is in an almost "charity" way that Mo Zhengao has raised more than 30 million donations over the past 30 years, helping nearly 20,000 poor students realize their dream of going to school. While paying tribute to this, we should not forget another set of data from NPC and CPPCC: in 20 14, the national budgets at all levels allocated 2.4 trillion yuan for education, and the actual expenditure was 2.29 trillion yuan, with more than one billion yuan not spent10. Comparing the two, it is sad. Is the allocation of 30 million pounds that Mo Zhengao has received from Relief Society in the past 30 years just to make up for some loopholes in the allocation of institutionalized education funds?
In fact, in primary and secondary schools, it is not uncommon for principals to raise funds and play the role of "alms giver". Mo Zhengao is perhaps the most representative one. Moreover, education funds depend on "charity" income, or it is not just the personal dilemma of grassroots principals. In this regard, how to bid farewell to the path dependence of "asking for money" and "asking for money" in the acquisition of educational resources in China, especially in rural primary education funds, is precisely the best comfort for Priest principal.
No one can deny the moral strength and practical value displayed by a headmaster like Mo Zhengao. However, returning to reality, a good headmaster who is close to a saint can only be met, and an efficient and "conscience" education support system is the most predictable institutional guarantee.
Reflections on Mo Zhengao's Advanced Deeds (Ⅱ)
"Comrade Mo Zhengao's advanced deeds are touching and tear-jerking. He worked hard all his life and made extraordinary achievements in his ordinary post ... "This is the feeling after reading the report on the advanced deeds of Comrade Mo Zhengao. In the video report, Mo Zhengao's former colleagues and students reappeared the touching deeds of Comrade Mo Zhengao from different angles, focusing on cultivating and practicing socialist core values. In the short lecture of 1 half an hour, President Mo Zhengao told many touching stories. He was loyal to the Party's education, worked hard and devoted himself to the noble sentiment of making extraordinary achievements in ordinary jobs, which made every audience present shed tears. His excellent qualities of being dedicated and conscientious are the concrete embodiment of practicing the socialist core values and the important spirit of "three strictness and three realities".
We should seriously study the advanced deeds of Comrade Mo Zhengao, because his touching deeds inspire cadres to forge ahead and strive for progress, and strengthen our determination to do our job well with the power of example and lead the new social trend with positive energy.
Reflections on Mo Zhengao's Advanced Deeds (3)
The people of Sri Lanka have passed away, and their grace will last forever. Mo Zhengao, the former headmaster of Du 'an Middle School in Guangxi, has been dead for more than three months, but his story is still circulating.
In March this year, Mo Zhengao, then principal of Du 'an Middle School in Hechi City, died unfortunately. All the wreaths in the town were sold out at his funeral. Many alumni rushed back to attend the condolences, and some alumni in their forties and fifties cried like children. Mo Zhengao's love for students deeply infected other people's hearts.
"Nine points of stone and one point of soil" is a true portrayal of the harsh natural conditions in Du 'an. Nearly 40% of the more than 1000 freshmen enrolled by Du 'an High School every year are poor students.
20 10 when the freshmen entered school in September, a classmate followed his father from the countryside to the county high school to register. My father only has 30 yuan's change. President Mo took a look and took out 100 yuan from his pocket. He said, "Give me the child, and you will use this money as the fare to go home." Over the past 30 years, Mo Zhengao has sponsored more than 300 poor students to attend universities, raised tens of millions of yuan through various channels, and sent tens of thousands of outstanding college students to Dashan.
Wei Xifeng, a teacher from Du 'an High School Financial Aid Office, has more contact with the principal Mo Zhengao because she is engaged in the filing and funding of poor students in the school, and often accompanies the principal to visit the families of poor students in the countryside. "As long as the name of a poor village is mentioned, the principal can tell which students in our school are from this village and what is the situation at home." Wei Xifeng said that in the process of sorting out the data of poor students, she found a phenomenon that all students who are related to the principal, even if their families are really poor, do not enjoy the funding places of the school, but are silently funded by the principal with their own income.
Lu Guifei, a Duan girl studying at China West Normal University, will never forget her concern for the principal. When she was a child, she didn't know who her parents were, so her adoptive father raised her alone. In the third year of high school, her adoptive father died. Lu Guifei said that at the moment of despair, the class teacher and the principal extended their hands: the principal said that the school would solve all her expenses in the future ... Lu Guifei did not drop out of school and was admitted to the university. She didn't want to believe it for a long time when she heard the news that "the principal's father" died.
Mo Zhengao cares for poor students in every possible way. When he gives poor students living expenses, he will make it clear that he doesn't approve of poor students eating badly. "When you get the money, you can go to the canteen and tell your aunt,' I want to eat chicken legs'. Don't be shy. " Mo Zhengao once said that these details warm the fragile and sensitive hearts of poor students.
In addition to meticulous care in life, Mo Zhengao is also a benchmark in teaching. In order to solve the psychological problems of college entrance examination students, in 2008, Mo Zhengao, who was in her fifties, went to Beijing for psychological training at her own expense. After getting the qualification certificate, he went back to school to set up a psychology course, which became a course that students felt they could never learn enough.
