Orient Institute of Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University is located in Changsha City, Hunan Province. Approved by Hunan Provincial People's Government and Hunan Provincial Department of Education in 2002, it was jointly founded by Hunan Agricultural University and Hunan Fengze Jiayuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It is the first batch of full-time undergraduate independent colleges confirmed by the Ministry of Education and a comprehensive university.
