Sino-German Cooperative University, located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, is a high-level international research university founded by Ningbo Municipal People's Government and Dalian University of Technology. According to the Framework Agreement on Building a Sino-German Cooperative University, relying on the cooperation between Dalian University of Technology and Aachen University of Technology or other TU9 member universities, an independent Sino-foreign cooperative university of science and engineering was established in Ningbo.
