The written test and interview are two parts. The written examination subjects of university teachers' qualification include comprehensive quality, which mainly examines the applicant's basic abilities such as educational laws and regulations, educational ideas, teachers' professional ethics, cultural literacy, reading comprehension, language expression, logical reasoning, information processing, and educational and teaching knowledge and ability, and mainly examines the educational policy, student guidance, class management, subject knowledge, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and so on that university teachers need in teaching. The interview subjects are different according to the subjects selected by the applicant, which mainly assess the applicant's basic teaching qualities such as professional ethics, psychological quality, appearance, verbal expression, thinking quality, and basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Teacher qualification certificate is issued by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) and China. It is a legal certificate that the holder has the qualification of a teacher recognized by the state. The teacher qualification certificate shall be uniformly printed by the education administrative department of the State Council, numbered by the teacher qualification accreditation institution in accordance with state regulations, and come into effect after being stamped with the official seal and steel seal of the corresponding government education administrative department.
