Xie Fang, 1982, graduated from the Department of International Politics and Metallurgy in Peking University. 1988-1989 studied at Johns Hopkins university and Nanjing university. He has long been engaged in the study of ethnic issues. He used to be the director of economic research of Bank of America Beijing Representative Office and the resource researcher of Gaocheng Asset Customer Management Company. 1997 -2000 worked in the Permanent Mission of China, new york to the United Nations. He is currently an associate researcher at the Institute of Management, Beijing Academy of Social Sciences, and a member of the China Sino-US Relations History Professional Research Association.
