First, Zhejiang University.
Zhejiang University, referred to as "Zhejiang University", is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is a comprehensive national key university directly under the Ministry of People's Education of China, and ranks among the national "Double First Class", "2 1 1 Project" and "985 Project".
The school has eight campuses: Zijin Port, Yuquan, Xixi, Huajiachi, Zhijiang, Zhoushan, Haining and Ningbo. There are 7 departments, 37 specialized colleges (departments), 1 engineering college, 2 Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and 7 affiliated hospitals. Covers an area of 6223440 square meters.
Second, Ningbo University.
Ningbo University, referred to as "Ningda", is located in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is a university co-founded by China people, Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and Ningbo Municipal People's Government. It is a university jointly established by the State Oceanic Administration and the Ningbo Municipal People's Government. It is a national "double first-class" university and the first batch of key universities in Zhejiang Province.
Ningbo University was founded on 1986, with the donation of Bao Yugang. At the beginning of the school, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, China University of Science and Technology, Peking University and the former Hangzhou University built it. 1996, the former Ningbo University, Ningbo Normal University and Ningbo Branch of Zhejiang Fisheries College merged to form a new Ningbo University.
