How do you know if you have been punished during college?
The school will make a decision on punishment for students who violate discipline. If you haven't received the penalty decision or notice, it means that you haven't been punished, just received a verbal warning.

Before making a decision on punishment, the college where the student belongs shall inform the student of the facts, reasons, basis and punishment level to be punished, and listen to the student's own statement and defense, and the student shall entrust an agent to make the statement and defense. The identity and authority of the agent shall be confirmed in the form of written power of attorney.

Extended data:

The penalty decision should be delivered to the students themselves through their universities and student affairs offices, and the students themselves will receive the date and sign the delivery notice.

If a student refuses to accept the decision, the sender shall truthfully record the refusal and the date of delivery, and the decision shall be left as a gift signed by two witnesses at the student's domicile.

If the written punishment decision cannot be delivered to the student himself, the Student Affairs Office can register with the adult family members of the student. After 30 days from the date of mailing, it shall be deemed to have been delivered.

If it is impossible to mail, students should make an announcement on campus. Thirty days after the date of announcement, it shall be deemed to have been delivered. The reasons and process of issuing the announcement shall be truthfully recorded.
